Students may contact coaches via email or phone for questions/comments relating to ballroom dance and Silhouette Activities/Events only. Students are not to contact coaches for "chit chat" or for prank calling. Doing so may result in being put on probation.
Class/Team Presidents should be contacted to report attendance issues for classes and performances. If Team Presidents are unreachable, you may contact an Assistant Coach.
If the information you are seeking can be found on the website, google drive or an email, please look to them for guidance as that will be where a coach will direct you anyway.
Do not contact Head Directors for information of a performance/class within 48 hours of the event. Accessing the Studio google doc or the calendar should give you the information you need.
If an issue arises in regards to classes, the policies, or violation of the mission, a coach will talk to the student(s) involved to resolve the issue. If it continues, a meeting will be set up with the parent and student. If there are any issues that arise between different families, they are encouraged to take care of it between themselves in a kind and professional manner without coach involvement.
Refusal of Service:
Silhouette Ballroom Studios and its coaches have the right to refuse service to any student or parent if said person is not in compliance with the Silhouette Mission and the Silhouette Policies.
