Summer Offerings
Lift Class Time: Tuesdays, 10:00 am- Noon Cost: $160 or $25 each (Sale! Discounts available before 5/24/24!) Learn Foundational Techniques in Lift, Proper lift and base techniques to ensure safety including learning how to spot. Drills & Technique Class Time: Wednesdays, 11:30am-12:30pm Cost: $96 for the 8 week session or $15 each (Sale! Discounts available before 5/24/24!)
