​ Routine will be learned and performed each semester.  Because this is a team, each member is required to attend each week. Semester commitment

Adult Lift Workshops 
(to hone skills you are working on)
Every other Saturday: 10:30-Noon am
Cost: $20 per person per class 

This class is designed for those couples who want to progress in their lift/standing acrobatics abilities. A sequence will be taught each week plus group time to work on individual skills. Attendance can fluctuate for your needs.

Adult Couple Beginning Acroyoga

Learn the basic shapes of Acroyoga & simple machines in this great class for couples who want to work together while working on strength, balance & flexibility

They are designed so that you can attend when it works for your schedule!

Time: Every other Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm
