Adult Lift/Cabaret Program
Adult Lift Team Fall Time: Tuesdays 6:00-7:30 pm Cost: $50 per month Location: Utah Arts Alliance, 915 W. 100 S. in SLC Routine will be learned and performed each semester. Because this is a team, each member is required to attend each week. Semester commitment Adult Lift Workshops (to hone skills you are working on) Saturdays: 10-11:30 am Cost: $15 per person per class or $50 per month This class is designed for those couples who want to progress in their lift/cabaret abilities. A sequence will be taught each week plus group time to work on individual skills. Attendance can fluctuate for your needs. |
Adult Couple Beginning Acroyoga
This Class is temporarily cancelled Learn the basic shapes of acroyoga and simple machines in this great class for couples who want to work together while working on strength, balance and flexibilty!
